Digital products may include printable journals, conversation prompts, games, activities, worksheets, and other downloadable materials.
No physical item is included with a digital product unless the product description specifically states otherwise.
After purchase, digital products are generally made available electronically through a download link, customer account, email, or another delivery method described during checkout.

3. Personal-Use License
Unless a product listing or separate license specifically states otherwise, purchasing a Journal Prompt Junction digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.
You are purchasing permission to use the product under these Terms. You are not purchasing ownership of the underlying copyright, artwork, design, text, prompts, or other intellectual property.
You May:
- Download and save the purchased files to your personal devices.
- Print copies reasonably necessary for the two intended participants using the product.
- Use the product personally with the other intended participant.
- Purchase a product as a gift for another person.
- Provide the digital file to the single intended gift recipient when necessary for that person to use the product.
- Reprint pages for the same two intended participants when reasonably necessary, unless a product-specific license states otherwise.
You May Not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the digital files.
- Share the files with people other than the intended participant or gift recipient.
- Email or distribute the files to groups, mailing lists, organizations, classrooms, clients, or multiple households.
- Upload files to shared drives, file-sharing websites, social media platforms, marketplaces, websites, or other publicly or privately accessible distribution systems.
- Give copies to additional people who were not the intended participants in the original purchase.
- Use the products commercially unless you have received written permission or purchased an appropriate commercial or professional license.
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or repurpose Journal Prompt Junction content for resale or distribution.
- Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Claim Journal Prompt Junction content, prompts, artwork, designs, or products as your own.
Purchasing one product does not provide an unlimited family, group, classroom, professional, or organizational license.
4. Professional, Classroom, and Organizational Use
Unless specifically authorized by the applicable product license, Journal Prompt Junction products are not licensed for repeated use with students, clients, patients, customers, therapy groups, coaching clients, church groups, senior centers, classrooms, clubs, organizations, or other professional or group settings.
Teachers, therapists, counselors, coaches, healthcare professionals, churches, nonprofit organizations, senior-care providers, and other professionals or organizations who wish to use Journal Prompt Junction products beyond personal use must obtain written permission or an appropriate license when available.

5. Gifts
Journal Prompt Junction products may be purchased as gifts.
A purchaser may print a purchased product for the intended gift recipient or provide the digital file directly to that intended recipient when necessary for the recipient to use the gift.
Gifting a product does not create permission to distribute the file to additional people. A single purchase may not be used to provide copies to multiple unrelated recipients, households, groups, or organizations.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content available through Journal Prompt Junction, including text, journal prompts, graphics, illustrations, designs, product layouts, downloadable files, branding, logos, photographs, website content, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Journal Prompt Junction and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of Journal Prompt Junction intellectual property is prohibited.
7. Trademarks and Branding
Journal Prompt Junction, Pass-It-Back™, associated logos, product branding, and other distinctive brand elements are trademarks, trade names, or brand identifiers of Journal Prompt Junction where applicable.
You may not use Journal Prompt Junction branding in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization.
You may not use our names, logos, graphics, product images, or other branded materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
8. Product Images and Mockups
Product images, lifestyle images, mockups, illustrations, and other promotional images are provided for illustrative purposes.
Some promotional images or mockups may be created or enhanced using digital tools, including artificial intelligence.
Because Journal Prompt Junction primarily sells digital products, items shown in photographs or mockups, such as binders, books, frames, decorations, accessories, paper, or other physical objects, are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.
Colors, proportions, print appearance, paper quality, binding, sizing, and other visual characteristics may vary depending on your monitor, device, printer, paper, print settings, and method of assembly.

9. Educational, Entertainment, and Personal-Enrichment Disclaimer
Journal Prompt Junction products are created for journaling, conversation, entertainment, relationship-building, reflection, education, and personal enrichment.

Journal prompts and conversation activities are not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, medical care, or mental-health treatment.

10. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Prices are generally displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
Journal Prompt Junction reserves the right to change product prices, product availability, descriptions, promotions, and offers at any time.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe and PayPal. Our online store may use WooCommerce to facilitate ecommerce functionality.
Payment processors may collect and process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Journal Prompt Junction does not intentionally store complete credit or debit card numbers on its own systems. We may receive transaction information necessary to process orders, provide customer service, maintain business records, and address payment or fraud issues.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information when placing an order.
