At Journal Prompt Junction, our products are digital downloads that are made available electronically after purchase. Because digital files cannot be physically returned once they have been delivered or accessed, purchases of digital products are generally final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
No Refunds, Exchanges, or Cancellations
Once your purchase has been completed and your digital product has been made available for download, we generally do not accept:
- Refunds
- Exchanges
- Order cancellations
Please review the product description and product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
File Access or Download Problems
We want you to be able to enjoy the product you purchased.
If you experience a problem accessing your files, including a broken download link, corrupted file, missing page, or other technical issue, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the problem and provide access to the files you purchased.

Accidental Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
We will review the duplicate transaction and work with you to find an appropriate solution. Please include your name, order information, and the email address used for your purchase so we can locate the transactions.
Digital Product License
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page or in the license provided with your purchase, Journal Prompt Junction digital products are licensed for personal use only.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the product to the purchaser. Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, uploaded to file-sharing websites, or otherwise distributed in violation of the applicable product license.
